Sandwich ELISA KIT是较为灵敏而准确的方式定量某种样品中的抗原浓度。之所以将其命名为Sandwich ELISA KIT 是因为须由两种抗体对检体中抗原进行两次专一性辨认，因此专一性非常高。再透过分光计测量由酵素反应引起的颜色变化来量化浓度。Sandwich ELISA is a sensitive and accurate way of quantifying antigen concentration in a certain sample type. It is named sandwich ELISA because the antigen of interest is captured by two different antibodies which target the different epitopes within the same protein. The concentration is then quantified by measuring the color change caused by the enzymatic reactions using a spectrometer.
